Here is a sample floor plan of one of the three departments where I manage the IKEA range presentation and brand identity through design as a Retail Interior Designer and Visual Merchandiser. I collaborate with a Sales business partner to create and update the floor plan showcasing the entire dining furniture range sorted by size, style, color, finish, and function in order to support the customer selection process, enhance navigation, and create sales tools for employees. I place focus on top-sellers and key incoming and outgoing products, utilizing the overall layout, path, and adjacencies to encourage desired shopping experience.
